Actually I was just on Batoto’s IRC channel and talking to them about it. We fixed it up a tiny bit and will try to get it completely fixed soon.
The reason for the screwed up numbering is because the previous scanlator numbered chapters differently. It jumping around randomly might be because they moved around some chapters to correct the order, so you might have accessed the page at that specific moment.

Thanks. The chapter list on Batoto is really screwed up. The numbers don’t match and it jumps around randomly.
